Default paperless portfolio????

has anyone else come across this term? im training towards my a1 award and we have to encourage a 'paperless portfolio' as much as we can. at the moment im sticking to obs, prof/dis and verbal feedback of reflective accounts. obviously im going to ask my tutor about written assignments and work products, but so far, i havn't used these. just wondered if anyone else is familiar with this.

All I know about paperless portfolio's is that everything is done on a p.c & that's where all records are kept.
All students have a username and password, this counts as a signature, the employers also have accounts and can add comments and authenticate work.

I've never used it & am not 100% sure I'd trust technology enough to use it!

I'd be interested to know if you do ever use it & how you get on.
