Hi, knowing what you've written about the models of disability, person and child centered approach and supervision consider how they might apply to your setting and its practices.
Would you say you all work together to promote and implement ideas about inclusion, where for example you meet to discuss improving the environment's access? planning ways to overcome barriers that might otherwise prevent participation? or maybe the building is unable to be adapted and practices are so long standing that there is an agreement that changes aren't necessary or much of a priority.
This handbook has been superseded however page 87 & 96 of the amazon 'look inside' preview are useful reading.
