Please does anyone have a witness status list filled out so i can see what needs to be put into it, As my teachers at my placement are far to busy to fill this out but my tutor said i could fill it out but cant get it signed.
If you google it, you'll find there's one from the states of guernsey, which will help you I hope. It may have different columns, but it looks fairly obvious what you need to include
