Default Risk Assessments

Help Please

I have recently taken over as Manager of a setting thats due an Ofsted that was not following EYFS or planning etc etc I have tackled all of the above but am desperate for some help with risk assessments has any one got any templates I can use or adapt.

Try the site below where the Birth to Five offer templates.
If you google 'Early Years Risk Assessment policies' you will see lots of county/setting's templates and policies where you are either given permission to use them, or if not read through them which may help you draw up your own to suit your setting and environment.
