I need any information on Supporting children through transitions in their lives 0 to 19 years old

What I put on this although I only had to do till 16 yrs. I did transistions when they are born and first come in to the world , when they go to to day care/childrecare to nursery school to full time school and from infants to juniors etc and then the transisiton of the older ones going from school to college or getting a job etc.
This is just a basic outline of what I put I went in to more depth than this but I haven't got my folder to go more in depth for you sorry.

I hope this gives you a pointer of what to write if you would like more info let me know and I will look at my folder when I get it back tomorrow.
