General question Bullying

hi i am new to this and i was wondering if anyone could help me i am doing Level 3 Early Learning and Childcare its a at home course
i am really struggling with the tasks about how to support a child or young person and/or their family when bullying is being suspected or alleged

if anyone can help i will be very appreciative

i havent but i am totally insure what to write i know that supporting them includes being sensitive and listening to them but after that i am not sure what else to say
