Hi and welcome :)
This requires knowledge of the sensory needs of children in your setting - if they dislike or like for example dry, wet, crisp, sticky, noisy, quiet, scented, fragrance free, single colour, multi-coloured, edible materials ..
eg. one child may like noise of drums where another might prefer the quieter sound of bells. Which would you select for a music lesson, what sensory needs are you meeting and how could you develop their use ..
It might be possible this criteria is an observed one, can you check with your assessor? as they'd be able to witness you doing this in action.
Hth, best wishes with your study xx
