Don't want to scare you but i've just had 3 quotes for a toilet block for my preschool with 2 childrens toilets plus sinks and 2 x adult toilets a couple of storage cupbords and was quoted between 60k to 142k. Ahhhhh have down tried a local builder and redone the whole plans. Things are so much more expensive now i could build a house for that

Yikes that's serious money !!

How's it all going Sarah .. I would imagine you'll soon be able to take up building inspectorate as a new job option lol

Who've you got on board so far & is everything being put in your hands to organise ?

well i have some fab comittee memebers helping me, but i have to wrtie a proposal saying what we want, why we need it etc etc finanacial projections (administrator doing them, poor thing) costings etc. so mivnig slwoly at the moment, me i am ready to move! but its going to take age to go through i think. We have some help locally from an architecht who has offered his sevices! (free at the moment!!!!) and i have done a little drawing of what i want!,
so not gone far, i have had a message from early years telling me of 2 in the area i can go and look at, so that will help i think, just finding the time!
will keep everyone updated!
as for the building inspectorate! does anyone remember my easter hols last year? concrete laying for a shed? think i may end up building it!
