Are you really suppose to do one display/poster incorporating all of these ideas? The only way to do it as a whole would be a parent information board - but that would look so boring (probably!) that nobody would read it!
In my pre-school, we made a colourful display of photos of the children enjoying various activities involving fruit and veg for a healthy eating display - photos of them on a trip to the greengrocer, squeezing orange juice, sorting by colour, making fruit salad etc - with speech bubbles of the children's comments ("I like bananas - they're squishy") etc. The border was also created on Word and showed different comments and pictures of healthy food.
We also made another display showing the activities and equipment for our PE sessions - photos of the children warming up and cooling down, alongside information/comments about why these are necessary parts of the session.
I made posters about contagious diseases which were in the area - chicken pox and slap cheek, explaining to parents the signs and symptoms and any incubation period/exclusion times.
