Hi, from page 279 of the STL level 3 book - search inside the preview for the word boundaries and click to page 279

'For children who lack understanding of accepted social behaviour, goals and boundaries provide a supportive framework. Children must want to change their behaviour. Goals and boundaries provide direction to enable children to make the right choices, supporting the development of their social skills. By being involved in setting goals, the children also take some responsibility for their actions. Goals and boundaries must be relevant and children must be able to see what is in it for them.

Hi,
Still working on these modules so currently trying not to destroy the world!
Thanks for the help, if anyone has help in regards to these modules, I shall be forever your friend and buy you yummy foods and drink!

*)Support children’s speech, language and communication (nearly done)
*) Support disabled children and young people and those with special educational needs (staring vacantly at)
*)Support children and young people with behaviour, emotional and social development needs (trying not to cry)
They are just so precise!
I would try and post a fresh thread but I cant navigate around here very well :(

Hi, the last two of these units/modules are covered in the STL handbook if you're undertaking the TA course.

Support children’s speech, language and communication is a unit shared by other qualifications. EYMP 5 is available on Talking Point

Support disabled children and young people and those with special educational needs page 259+

Support children and young people with behaviour, emotional and social development needs page 273+

If you post the individual criteria that you're struggling with I'm sure members will help where they can xx

Best wishes
