Smiley face pancakes

Using a spoon, drop dots of batter into a hot pan to form two eyes, and a strip of batter for a smile. Let these brown for 10-20 secs, then pour the rest of the batter on to make the pancake. When you remove the cooked pancake, you should get a smily face on it!
You could even try out different patterns, you can be as artistic as you like!
