What documents are you asked to send on with the children in the transition from Preschool/nursery to school ?

LEA provide document for all settings to use part of our conditions for receiving the education grant that we complete them, have to get parents to sign and add to them and attach picture done by child to include 'writing' where possible. just about to get parents to see them this week before sending them off to schools.
