-Sense of belonging /self-esteem / raising achievement

Describe how the following are important and benefit the work undertaken with children/ young people’s cultural diversity Unit 3.1.3

Hi, they are important as they give you the legal standing or backup to know you're right in challenging discrimination, defend, promote and support human rights and an individual's right to education & access to that education, to be free from harm, to express themselves and receive timely information

If you have access to the level 2 STL handbook TDA on amazon.co.uk it'll have good reading for your course.

This is the sample chapter from Pearsons schools and FE college TDA 2.4 support teaching and learning in schools

Hth, best wishes
