I have a question Level 4 advanced practitioner

i am currently doing unit 2 of my level 4 advanced practitioner qualification and stuck on what else to write on these 2 question...... any one able to help please

1.1 Summarise the current guidelines for recommended levels of physical activity and nutritional requirements for under 5s

1.3 Explain ways in which early years settings are meeting the nutritional needs of children under 5
