Hot Cross Buns?

Has anyone got an easy recipe for Hot Cross Buns?

Thought it'd be nice to make some with the kids since Easter's approaching and all :)

Also, if there are any interesting variations in recipes that you've tried, I'd love to hear them... like different fruits and what not.. I'm all for trying new things
