hello

hi,
i found ure site and thought it great.
im a pre-school manager in devon, we r registered to have 20 kids and as from sept will be open mon-fri 8.45-3pm. we used to be closed mon and tue pm.
just like everyone else here i am looking at improving some aspects of our work. i would love to see some examples of other peoples planning and if anyone has any ideas on how we could improve our childrens personal portfolios, we currently use a scrap book and collect evidence, photos, write up observations etc....
im also starting my foundation degree in sept:reading:, so if anyone has anyadvice or knows of any good books that will help it would be much appreciated. hopefully when i start i might b able to give others some help!
