HELP! Evaluate the impact of a child/young person centred approach to safeguarding on policies and procedures.

I'm struggling with this question. Any guidance? i have a page of writing done but as usual questioning if it is good enough.

Evaluate own practice?
or
Government polices?

Thanks in advance
