Default Induction workbook

Hi all has anyone started their induction workbook yet? i've just looked at it and yet again it's another headache, I don't know where to begin.
how and do we have to answer all the questions on there or what ?
soooo much work to do it's ment to be the summer hols time to spend with the children
would appreciate any help
