Please can someone point in me in the right place for the following been doing assignments all day and now I think brain has faded:

2. Describe the documented outcomes for children that form part of the relevant early years framework

3. Explain how the documented outcomes are assessed and recorded.


this is all i have left to complete unit and so wanted to finish it tonight
