Default Can anyone help with this please?

As part of my STLS Level 2 Unit 3 Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
I have been asked this question and I am struggling!!

Describe how the following are important in supporting the rights of children/young people participation to equality of access Unit 3.1.2
-Legal rights ( moral/human )
-Sense of belonging /self-esteem / raising achievement

Describe how the following are important and benefit the work undertaken with children/ young people’s cultural diversity Unit 3.1.3
-Ensuring that all children/ young people are included
-Support the understanding of other cultures which are different from their own.
