Smile Soap and tissue paper messy play recipe

An activity idea for children over 3+ with constant adult supervision, this tactile recipe uses grated soap, torn tissue paper and water to create a soft fluffy medium that can be a firm dough, or with a little more water added, a paste that covers surfaces. Add collage materials to the surface, model and sculpt.
