HELP!!safeguarding Q4.3

hi I hope someone can help me, I am struggling with my safeguarding assignment, question 4.3 What rights do children/young people and their carers have? it has to include what the law states the rights of those involved in abuse case. the childs rights? the rights of parents if not accused and the rights of parents when they are accused?

If anyone could help would be appreciated
