SOS Please help with last few units of level 2 (Help improve own and team practice in schools)

Hi

I am hoping someone can help me as feel like I am going round in circles.

I am doing Cache level 2 supporting teaching and learning in schools at college and due to tutor having an operation, we are finishing this month instead of in May, so we have to do all the remaining units in a very short space of time and I am wasting time getting myself confused over several questions. I think that as I am trying to do them all at once it seems a bit daunting.

We have been given, 2.6, 2.8, 2.9 & 2.13. We do not have to answer every question (i have copied the ones we need to do below) as we have been told the ones we leave plus the other units we haven't yet done will be covered in the observation we each have in our placements next week.

TDA 2.6 Help improve own and team practice in schools

3.2 Describe the purpose and objectives of the team in which they work
3.3 Describe own role and responsibilities and those of others in the team
3.4 Describe the importance of respecting the skills and expertise of other practitioners


2.8 Support children and young people’s health and safety

1.1 Describe how current health and safety legislation, policies and procedures are implemented in the setting.
1.2 Describe how health and safety is monitored and maintained in the setting
1.3 Describe how people in the setting are made aware of risks and hazards and encouraged to work safely


2.9 Support children and young people’s positive behaviour

1.1 Describe the policies and procedures of the setting relevant to promoting children and young people’s positive behaviour
1.2 Describe with examples the importance of all staff consistently and fairly applying boundaries and rules for children and young people’s behaviour in accordance with the policy setting.


I seem to be combining the answers together so when I come to the next question I have already partly answered this in the last question so then I don't know what to write if this makes sense.

I haven't included 2.13 (Provide displays in schools) as we didn't discuss that in class but were told if we could make a start on it that would be great but I think that may need to be a whole new post as there is so much to do, I have managed to answer 1.1 - 1.4 but then got stuck.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
