PLEASE HELP!! Assignment 303- principles of safeguarding policies and procedures in early years setting.

please can anyone help me before I quit?!!

im currently doing unit 303 as an assignment and im really struggling with specific parts:

Task F- Analyse how national and local guidelines, legislation, policies and procedures affect day to day work with children in the following areas:

• health and wellbeing
• duty of care
• protection from harm
• protecting the practitioner (including volunteers and staff under the age of 19)

day to day work should include:

• arrival and departure of children
• child protection
• risk assessment
• CRB/DBS
• lone working
• whistleblowing
• working in an open and transparent way
• listening to children
• powers and positions of trust
• propriety and behaviour
• physical contact
• intimate physical care
• off site visits
• photography and video
• recording, reporting and sharing concerns

I have no idea how im supposed to structure this or where to even find the information?

Also stuck on Task B- training resource- explain the wider concept of safeguarding children for the setting, giving examples of best practice. Ensure the following range for wider concept are submitted:

• FGM
• exorcism
• mutilation
• diet
• health and safety
• risk assessments
• child exploitation
• radicalisation

Am i just overthinking these questions or are they just worded so stupidly that I can't grasp where I'm supposed to even start?

The rest of the assignment seems pretty reasonable and doable by myself to be honest but the first half of it is making me so frustrated and my tutor is just not helpful at all, i feel like im thick or something.
Please if anyone can direct me a little i would be forever in your debt, i feel so stressed and I only have 2 weeks left to complete it and its huge.
