SOS Show children and young people how to take responsibility for their own health, safety and security?

Hi, I am doing the CACHE level 2 supporting teaching and learning. I am currently on assignment 4 - Support the Health and Safety of Children and Young
People. I am doing the course via a home learning college, so I'm really finding this challenging as I have no one else to discuss assignments with. I am struggling to think of a practical assignment I can undertake for the following questions:

1. Show children and young people how to take responsibility for their own health, safety and security within own indoor and outdoor environments,
2. Show children and young people how to take a balanced approach to risk

can anyone help give me some ideas. I would really appreciate it.
Thank you
