SOS Rights, diversity, equality of young people and children in residential care

Hi all,

I'm rather stuck on this question regarding to this Unit. The question is: 3.1 Explain how your own role and responsibilities towards children and young people the potential has to infringe their right to equal treatment.

Any help or guidance would be really appreciated! Been stuck on this question for weeks and need some guidance
