Hello all,

I have never posted on here before, so here goes.

I’m stuck on part of my level 3

I need to analyse the positives and negatives of legislations.
I’m ok on the positives but stuck with the negatives of the below
Codes of practice
Duty of care
Working in an open and transparent way
Sharing concerns and recording/reporting incidents
Health safety and welfare policy
Food safety act 1990
