General question EIS and IDS?

hia everyone in currently studying my level 3 diploma in children and young people's workforce.

im on cyp 3.6 - 1.3. Describe the functions of external agencies with whom your work setting or service interacts.

i've asked the teacher i work with and she's helped me by telling me of some outside agencies but she also mentioned EIS and IDS.

could anyone tell me what/who they are please?

Is EIS Early Intervention Service. I just searched EIS in childcare. IDS must be another similar type of service of agency, I'm just trying to think or find what it is!!
