I've just been set a piece of work to explain the following and give examples of how they are applied in the setting (covers K3C155, K3M156, K3D157 and K3M158) :

Every child matters 2004
Section 11 safeguarding children (Children act 2004)
Safeguarding vulnerable groups act 2006
The equality act 2006
Disability discrimination act 1995 and 2005
Special educational needs and disability act (SENDA) 2001
Special needs disability discrimination act 2001
Data protection act 1198
Freedom of information act 2000
Race relations act 1976 and amendment 2000
*** discrimination act 1976 and 1986
Health & safety at work act 1974
Management of health and safety at work regulations 1992
Food safety act 1990
Food safety regulations 1995
Regulation (EC)852/2004 of the european parliament of the council on hygiene of foodstuffs
Care of substances hazardous to health reulations (COSHH) 2002
Medicines act 1968
Smoke-free (Premises and enforcement) regulations 2006
Smoke-free (Signs) regulations 2007
Manual handling operations regulations 1992

you might also want to put if a parent asks you for a telephone number of another parent - how would you handle that - i.e., get that parent to call the person who asked for the number - this demonstrates that you wouldn't give out personal information to another parent
