Absolutely .. the difference is that most of these models are written for corporate business.. profit margins are probably a bit more than what we are used to & serious business can mean serious reflection !! Every staff member's experience and job role will differ in some way just by the very nature that we all do things differently, so meetings & discussions are important to find out what's going on .. it can sometimes take a bit to apply what's being said in these management stategies/philosophies to our working environment with the Children.

Pleeease, let me know if your tutor means a different Tom Peters lol !!
