Hi no worries, glad it's sorted . Just to double check was it a different CCLD unit & knowledge evidence that was meant to be referenced ?

No it was definitely Unit 402 K4S794. The training company I am doing this NVQ with change the questions around and make them into essays for your to complete which is quite difficult as afterwards I have to go through the KE numbers and try to pin point where the answer is. Sometimes this can cause me to do double the work
