OFSTED.... been n gone

Well Little pixies registered childminding Service was inspected yesterday by ofsted and was given GOOD for all 5 every child matters aims and was give GOOD overall!!!!

so extreamly happy with results!

Only one thing for recomendations and to make sure you all know!!! You now need to have a complaints book at had like you do with medical, accident book!!! Apparently this is a new regulation and is expected by all childcarers!

Congratulations!You must be a happy bunny! Think the book can be any one but also you must have the phone number for complaints where parents can see it!

hey... about the complains book.. yes it can be any book but it needs to have certain information in it with headings
Ring your local child info centre and ask for the complains book letter it tells you what needs to be in place hope this helps!
