u can make veggie soups with the kids, get them 2 chop softened veg and cook the usual way. read them a story like pumpkin soup whilst its cooking the have it with bread rolls for lunch!

i recently went to a pampered chef party and they to a childrens knife that is not sharp to the touch, but will chop raw veg, even carrots!
it is serated (sp), and has a red handle less than £3.

have bought 4 for preschool!!
