Default k4c749 establish and develop working relationships

I have just started ccld level 4 and i'm working on establish and develop working relationships i'm doing the the knowledge and understanding questions and i'm stuck on k4c749 the process you should follow to help colleagues adjust to and develop their roles and responsibilites am i right in thinking its about staff supervision and appraisal.
any help would be appreciated

Yes you are on the right track, you also need to think about Job discription for new employee's, Induction training, look at what your setting actually does
