Explain how you support the implementaton of policies and procedures on safe working practices for the protecion of adults who work with children.
I have written about two adults being with children. not much else. :rotfl:

all of the policies you have are there to protect your staff and therefore the adults. the ha and s ones the cp ones food etc. they all direct the way the adults are to behave thus guaranteeing protection BUT of course if they dont follow them then theres a problem. your job is to ensure they are implemented. how do you do this? monitoring of course is the first answer daily monitoring of working practice on all staff. recording and checking it, discussing ho they re implemented and of they need reviewing and doing them yourself! its not about the children really.
