Default Interview tomorrow, need help please!

Hi,
I have an interview for a Nursery Assistant job tomorrow and need help with:

- The main policies & procedures that I need to know of.
Ive got risk assessment, health & safety, inclusion, safeguarding, healthy eating, behaviour and sickness, and thats all off the top of my head.

- What kind of things do I need to be aware of when looking after babies/young children?

Im rubbish in interviews and my mind goes completely blank on the spot. Im bricking it, I know I'll mess up. I need some kind of miracle!

I hope someone can help?!!!
Thanks!
Kayt
