Help SOS Diverse learning needs

Hi
When I first saw this question, I though it looked easy enough to answer, but now I know I'm wrong. Could someone help with this. A detailed consideration of how the use of different ways to meet the diverse learning needs of a group of children could affect children and staff in the setting???? Examples are values, staff training, motivation and achievement. Thanks
