It's me again :blush:

I am doing an assignment on legislation and have had to write about the care standards act 2000, I have looked at a collegues level 3 assignment on a similar theme and she has put how it affect us at nursery but all the stuff I have read makes me think that it doesn't apply to us as we are not providing accomodation, does anyone know which is right?

You may need to check your notes, I understand that the Care Standards Act 2000 establishes OFSTED's Early Years Directorate as the body responsible for registration and inspections of all daycare and childminding settings, and sets out minimum standards for these.

thanks for that, I have been googling for hours and was getting nothing that told me anything, added ofsted to the end and got the info straight up. xx
