Cheshire have told us a few bits about it but not much.

An add to this thread with a news article from Community cares - Vetting and Barring scheme to be scaled back

Community Care understands that criminal record checks will be sent to individuals only so job applicants or volunteers can present their disclosures to prospective employers. The assessment feedback is considerably poor regarding specific question failure but the safer recruitment portal from CWDC is a valuable tool for a setting's employment personnel, policies & procedures. The recruiting safer guidance is informative.
