Help SOS Please help im so stuck!!!

Hi everyone I just started the foundation degree in september and im finding it pretty hard going!!Iv completed the first 2 assignments and now have mmy third which I really cant get to grips with!! The title is EVALUATE YOUR SETTINGS POLICY, PRACTICE AND ASSESSMENT IN RELTION TO EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES!
I feel like Im being a bit thick but i dont really understand what I am supposed to do I have asdked my tutor but that didnt really help Was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or ideas about good books???

Hi!

first of all you need to find out what equality of opportunity means... reading the Eyfs will help you.

then you can evaluate how the policies and procedures you have written / you work within if you are in a setting really meet the requirements of the eyfs.

So your policy for inclusion might say that you treat all children equally... is that really the right thing to say? Shouldn't it say that you treat each child as an individual?
