help on 204 prof development

hi need some advide on unit 204 on professional development, know i need to write what im good at and not good but have no idea where to start, any ideas?

I would write along these lines:

Areas where I feel I am confident and positive in my work.

Areas where I feel I would benefit from further training or knowledge to improve my work.


Only you or your supervisor will know what you are brilliant at and what you could improve.

Examples could be :
good relationships with children and gets down to their level to communicate.
Good time keeper.
Good team worker.
Uses initative.

I can write observations but feel I need more experience and training to help me write them more efficiently.
I get on really well with children but would like training on dealing with parents and carers.
I need help with writing achievement reports.

I'm doin this at the min 2, I've done a spider diagram with Prof Develop in muddle & ways of undertaking this led from it eg private courses, online study, part-time study, in-house training, cluster groups, voluntary work etc
