Oh and here is 193 to get you started
On arrival, parent/carers should hand over medicines to a member of staff, who is appointed first aider for that day. That member of staff will log the medicine in a book/medicine form to include child’s name, name of medication, dosage, time of administration. First aider is to sign the form when medicine has been given; parent counter signs the form when parent collects.
Medicine should be stored away from so that they are out of children’s reach like in a locked cupboard.
You should not at all give medicines without any signed forms or written permission, this also includes creams and administrating inhalers.
