Default new assessor

i'm not sure how to holistically observe a learner, to make sure i cover all the p,c's on 303, 304, 306, 308
to top things off i think i am holding back my learner a little, i don't think i am cut out for this.
HELP !!!!!!!!!!

the best way is to go in and record everything you see and then mark it against all the units BUT of course you need to know what is in the units first. not sure why you are training in the NVQs when they go in a few weeks but heyho some colleges are very slow in making the change. biggest hint get to know the standards as well as you can then what you see you will recognise.
