unit 051 - help!!

I have used this site for my level 2 and with all the wonderful help, passed in August!! Now I have started level 3, aaaggghhh!! I have only just started and am already tearing my hair out.

I have to complete a form regarding employment legislation, the questions on it are as follows:

1 - List four main features of current employment legislation
2- Feature of legislation (for each one)
3 - Why is this legalisation important.

Just dont know where to start with this, any help would be appreciated, thanks
