just wanted to say hi! i have been a registered childminder for 18 years (it seems unbelieveable!) and have done loads of courses but only became accreditited this year, just starting n.v.q. 3, it doen't look too bad, (here's hoping, i live in kent, so HI1 to everyone!

thanks everyone for a great welcome! nice to know i'm not alone, training can be scary even after child-minding all these years! can anyone help me? need to complie a 'health and safety policy' for my nvq assesser, proberly got it linked into other policies, but she needs a copy for records, so i feel i should do a seperate one. any ideas would be great!
