I have these questions I need answering can anyone help me its about the EYFS welfare requirements they are all true or false answers.
All providers must meet the statutory welfare requirements
There are 10 general welfare requirements
Ofsted will check the welfare requirements are being met
Policies and procedures do not have to be written down
The practitioner responsible for safeguarding children must attend a child protection course
Parents only have to ask if they wish to see their child’s records
All complaints must be immediately reported to Ofsted
Children are only allowed home with other adults if the parents have given written permission
You must carry out a full risk assessment before every outing
The setting must have a named Special Education Needs Co-ordinator
You must have prior written consent before administering any medicine
All staff must be training in paediatric first aid
Fresh drinking water must be available to the children at all times
Staff can smoke outside
You should not use physical intervention with children
You need a separate CRB check for every childcare setting you work in
You must notify Ofsted of all staff changes
All unqualified staff should be encouraged to gain a Level 2 Childcare qualification
If you are under 17, you cannot be counted in the staff : child ratio
Risk assessments must be reviewed every 3 months
Fire doors must be easily opened from the inside
Babies and children do not need to be in separate rooms
There should be one toilet and hand basin for every 10 children over the age of 2
All children must have a key person
