Assessor coming in 2 days!!

I've been really ill past few days... but i have got my assessor coming on Wednesday to assess me doing a physical play activity and a checklist observation.

I need help. I will 18 months - 3 years and i have no idea what to do for the activity or where i find my information for the checklist... the EYFS isn't much help for the checklist either.

My assessor has said that she wants the activity done out side... can anyone help me.. please... i'm begging you
