Mickey Mouse Pancakes

I'll try my best to describe these, if not I'll take some pics for you...with a little practice they look great!

Use ordinary pancake batter.

Using a teaspoon, dribble batter into 2 vertical ovals for eyes, underneath a horizontal oval for Mickey's nose, then a smile, cook for 30 seconds then carefully pour a circle of batter over the 'face', allow to set then add 2 circles at 11 and 1 (clockface) for ears. When cooked, flip to cook other side and see Mickey Mouse appear!

My kids love these - so do DH and myself, being the Disney freaks that we are!!!
