Default how to get outstanding?

We are due an ofsted inspection very soon, we have had sort of a trial run inspection where someone from our local council has come in an judged us as if it were a real inspection and although our paperwork is really good ie next steps, learning journals, observations ect, the thing that is letting us down is the general structure of the day, I was just wondering if there is anyone on here who works at an outstanding nursery who can explain what a normal day in your nursery is like? Is it all free flow? What do you do with adult led activities? Is it all child led all day? Do you put activities out in each area for the children to choose or do you let them decide what to get out? We are all really trying to work hard for an outstanding, but I think we are getting a bit overwelmed by it all, I want to be able to go to my manager with ideas that work so she knows we are prepared for our upcoming inspection.
Ps sorry for the long thread :)
