Default complaints?

Hallo, I'm doing my L2 diploma in healthcare and I am stuck in a few questions regarding complaints. I wonder if any of you could help me with them. Thank you in advance.
The questions will be: How would I respond to a complaint made by a client about you? How would I respond to a complaint made by a client about the company? And How I would respond to a complaint made by a PA about the company.
Thank you again and I look forward to hearing from you

Hi a warm welcome to the site. You'll find the majority of diploma queries in the forum relate to the children and young peoples workforce so it's possible advice might differ a little for healthcare.

Complaint procedures for the situations you mention will be contained in a policy that your setting or placement has. Are you able to speak with a colleague to request a copy and also ask what exactly would happen in these 3 scenarios?

Best wishes
